We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time until the item has been dispatched (usually within 2 working days for items in stock), after that, please see our returns policy below.
The same applies to all bespoke items - although these may take longer to get ready for dispatch.

Returns

Please contact us if you wish to return an item you have purchased, we  accept returns within 21 days of purchase.
We will issue a refund as soon as we are in receipt of the item - which must be in the original condition.
We will reimburse shipping costs only if the product is faulty, or our company is at fault.
